We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods and packaging are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
To return an item please email us at email@example.com and we will send you the necessary form and postage details. When returning items please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any agreed refund will be made to the card on which you made the purchase within 30 days.
